Cancel Policy

The appointment booking is completed upon prepayment of the agreed fee, which is displayed before the booking is finalized.

A cancellation or rescheduling request communicated at least 48 full hours before the scheduled start time entitles the patient to:

1. a full refund of the prepaid amount via the original payment method; or

2. transfer of the amount to a new appointment, subject to the practice’s availability.
   
   

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request communicated less than 48 full hours before the scheduled start time, as well as in the event of a no-show, the prepaid amount is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee, equal to the fee for the scheduled consultation.

In the event of cancellation by the practice, the patient is entitled either to reschedule the appointment or to receive a full refund.
